Amazing
I'm happy with these oxygen cans, I particularly like the neutral black colour and the fact that is easy to regulate how fast the flow of air comes out by pushing harder or softer downwards with your thumb on the lever. It's also interesting that this lid design lets you breathe through your nose, whereas others I have tried worked via mouth breathing only.
I like how convenient to carry around these Oxygen canisters are in your workout bags/backpacks. They are discreet in a way I wouldn’t expect an oxygen tank to be 😅. I also like the colours they come in. They are super easy to use and give you an energy boost & clarity of mind when you take about 5 nice & deep breaths…..it sort of refreshes you instantly. Helps overcome breathlessness due to physical activity like working out or hiking or even during pregnancy.
Elevate O2 has been amazing and a game changer to use, especially before footy trainings , runs , swims and gym I use it right before my workouts, and it gives me that extra boost . It helps me feel more focused alert and energized. I have noticed my endurance has improved, and I dont get fatigued as much as I used to even during intense long hard trainings .
